2009 Apple Festival royalty contestants

The Apple Blossom and Johnny Appleseed were already chosen during the preliminary interview night.

The Queen and Princess will be chosen on Saturday October 10 at 9:30am during the Oak Harbor Apple Festival contest.

The Queen, two Queen Runner-ups, Princess, one Princess Runner-up, Apple Blossom and Johnny Appleseed will all get their crowns and sashes at the contest.

This year the Queen will receive a $350 scholarship, the Princess a $100 scholarship and the Apple Blossom and Johnny Appleseed will each receive a $50 bond. Photo by Debi Heiks
