Grand Jury indicts several individuals
In March, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging several individuals with Fulton County crimes.
William J. Brewer, 39, Monclova, was indicted on one count of identity fraud. Allegedly on Mach 14, 2008, he used, obtained or possessed the personal dentifying information of another person with the intent to hold himself out to be the other person.
Joshua D. Warf, 23, address unknown, was indicted on one count of burglary. It is alleged that on Aug. 26, 2007, he trespassed in an occupied structure with the purpose to commit a criminal offense.
Robyn L. Gorringe, 22, Swanton, was indicted on one count of forgery. It is alleged that on Feb. 19, 2008, she possessed and cashed a forged check, knowing the check had been forged.
Brian K. Torok, 41, Swanton, was indicted on one county of attempted burglary. Allegedly on Feb. 5, 2008, he attempted to break into an occupied structure with the intent to commit a criminal offense.
Sandra L. Sintobin, 40, Delta, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine. It is alleged that on Aug. 10, 2007, she was in possession of cocaine.
Christopher Demaline, 29, Swanton, was indicted on four counts of nonsupport of dependents, accumulating an alleged arrearage of over $9,476.
Christopher Hutchinson, 33, Oregon, was indicted on six counts of nonsupport of dependents, accumulating an alleged arrearage of over $3,327. The indictment also contains a specification alleging he was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court in 1999.
