Lady Dogs top Bears

The Swanton Lady Bulldogs picked up their second win of the season on Monday, knocking off Gibsonburg 52-40.
Swanton outscored the Bears 15-8 in the second quarter and held them off the rest of the way.

Bulldog bowlers split
The Swanton bowling teams split with Delta on Monday. The Bulldogs boys won 2,175 to 2,084 and the girls lost 1,795 to 1,702.
Josh Herriott had a high game of 214 for the Swanton boys. Courtney Tuite led the girls with a 177.

The Swanton bowling teams both defeated Tinora in recent Northern Ohio High School Bowling Conference action.
Against Tinora, the boys won 2,278 to 1,710. Zack Neal had a high game of 252 for the Dogs.
